"Gross und Wunderbar" is a German song that I sing often in my prayer time. It has a Jewish ring to it and is a fun song. It talks about God and all his majesty. It will forever be a song that reminds me of the wonderful years I had raising my children in Germany and our friends we were blessed with. Bernadette was instrumental in helping me through the German songs I know. I try to practice them as much as possible to not forget God's call on my life and to keep the German language I learned.
This song "Fuerchte Dich Nicht" has a very deep meaning for me. I sang this over a man before his death in Germany, Mr. Blum who had stomach cancer and left a young family with 5 children. He was our church choir director and musician. I remember when I went to the hospital to pray for him. The doctors opened his stomach and just closed it back up telling him he did not have a chance and that the cancer spread to far. I blessed him with holy oil and prayed for him. He was scared and was not sure he lived a life worthy of reward. I assured him that God would forgive him no matter what he did and sang him this song. Mr. Blum died with his wife and children gathered around his bed singning the favorite songs he taught them.

This is my first time to release any of my teachings to the public, so please be patient with my form. I am sure my delivery will get more professional as I grow with this form of communication. My family has a great testimony and we are working on a family autobiography. We hope to release some where in 2010. This way you will better understand some of the magnitude in which I have been blessed and why I have a beautful wife and children in my life. I will take you through my background and my family structure to help you understand the change that happened in my family and how it impacted all of us. I will eventually begin a teaching on "Focused Living" and reveal ways for you to heal your marraige, parent and children relationships. Everyone wants to live a balanced and successful life. There are ways to improve your chances of finding this. "Focused Living" is one way to make an impact on generations to come.

This audio book will be a continuation of my turn to Christ. I will begin with my career ending as a want to be oilman in Houston and my lifestyle riding the wave to its limits. You will encounter some hard roads through my life, but see in the end that I was saved. Between 1982 and 1985 my whole world was taken from me. All the dreams I had were stolen and my future very bleak. I lost my vision of where I should go and ran like a lost hungry dog until I almost took my life. I will unveil the power of love as a family and the unconditional love of Christ. The power of prayer and the sustaining grace I was presented through Godīs word. You will see how the Lord healed not only my physical afflictions, but how he gave me a new heart. He brought me from being a ravaging animal to having compassion and love for people after many years of running. The teachings I was guided to were a miracle and the moments I had in that first year of grace were amazing. My whole life objectives changed and my focus was to know his word, be his word and let Jesus drive me once and for all.
The next book I plan to write will be about the change that took place as I was called to Germany and how God used that call to put me in the right place so he could bless me. All I have and all I am I give credit to God. The wife he brought me was one of the main reasons I am where I am today. Her great power and love of showing me how to keep my feet on the ground is the most amazing story. The neatest thing is how God orchestrated it to happen. Bernadette and I have been through hard times and we always came back to where God started us. We live a marriage of total faithfullness and it is the strongest weapon on earth. I am so happy that God brought me Bernadette at the exact right time in my life. We are blessed with 4 children and lots of love between us.
I once had a dog, her name was Sheba. She was a yellow lab I found her through a newspaper ad around 1979-80. I bought her with papers for $100. She was well worth it. Sheba had a long list of champions on both sides of her parents. This dog was my long long answer to a dream I had about having a dog one day. Sheba had a mix of gold and orange hair. She was short and stocky. I made a promise to myself that I would teach her to be so disciplined that she would never need a leash. I also wanted to protect her from any harm so I taught her how to look both ways when crossing the street. She literally would stop, sit down and look both ways before crossing the street. Sheba is a story in herself. This dog was my best friend at the time and I needed one. I was lost in my own world and did not know how to deal with many of life's issues. She was a great companion. I taught her how to retrieve to an extreme. She was a great frisbee dog as well. The story about Sheba will be a sad one, because I had to leave her behind when I went to Germany. I had a special dream years later about Sheba and I know she's okay now. She told me in the dream not to worry that we would be together again one day with all the people I love. She was truely the only animal I ever met that lived and breathed obedience. I can't wait to start that story about her. You will love reading the story about Sheba to your kids.
This is a remix of the song "Heart of Gold". I really like this song because it fit my journey in life. I traveled over the ocean to find a heart of gold. (My Wife) I dedicate this to her. Without Bernadette, I would not have made it this far. Our Lord knew this and he gave me her to strengthen me for what I have to do in this life.
