New Year 2012 Resolutions
By Dirk Quartemont | January 05, 2012 at 05:24 AM EST | No Comments

Is a resolution just a way to find forgiveness for your sins? Could the new years resolution be a new way to be set free? I am in my 50s and every year I go through it over and over again, what should I promise this year? Finally new year stopped becoming my resolution time. Realized that it didn't matter when, but I needed to get my act together. I started working on my personal issues and trying to find ways to be a blessing to people. I found out that if I concentrated on being a blessing, my issues started to disappear. So the real resolution to healing is giving. I pray that I can be a blessing this year and not look at my own issues, but let God mold me into what he wants for my life.

Suffering from sinus problems? We have the best rememdy ever. (Food grade peroxide). You can buy it online. Make sure it is from a reputable seller. It usually comes in gallon jugs and has 35% food grade peroxide. The cool thing about this stuff is you can actually ingest it. I would not suggest doing that though unless you follow some very strong rules. So how to help with your sinus problems? Fall is a great time for ragweed. It tears me up, or at least it used to until I started washing my nose and sinuses out with this solution. You mix down the 35% to 3% by diluting it with distilled water. This is the cleanest water around. It is usually 16:1. 16 times distilled water and 1 time 35% food grade peroxide. Go get you a spray bottle from the pharmacy and fill it with the 3% solution 1/4 of the way and then top it off with distilled water. This should last you about a weeks worth of washing. In the morning and evening I squirt this solution up my nose inhaling hard and make sure all those little allergy hooks get washed right out of my nasal passages. I then massage my nose till I can hear it slushing around in there. I then blow gently getting rid of all the crap that was bothering me. If you do this you can give your nasal membrane a chance to heal and with time you will become stronger and more resistant to the pollens. You can then use it when needed. It works great when a cold is just starting. You can also use it on mouth sores, brushing your teeth for whiter teeth and sore gums. It is incredible! We also take the 35% and make a bath every once and a while. It is revitalizing!

Good luck!Sinus Problems

applesIf you live around Atlanta there is a great place to go get fresh apples thin time of the year. Ellijay, GA. We try to go every year around fall and get several large bads of apples. They are really crunchy and tasty. What ever we have left over from the just eating them one by one, we make some great tasting apple pies.

Do we really spend most of our time in the present tense?

Being there is very important. If  you do some math and figure out how many hours 80 years is and then take out all the sleeping time and down time from being sick or nonprductive in life you come up with. (if your lucky) about 300,000  hours. That is not very much time. This just makes it even more important about being there. Have you ever been speaking with someone and they day dream the whole time? Or the best one is you shake someone's hand and they are looking somewhere else. It all might sound easy, "being there" but, it is harder than you think. Take a little test and let me know how it goes.

Test

Wake up in the morning and ask yourself where you are. Keep asking yourself that as long as you can. You will quickly find out that you are not even there shortly after you wake up. Usually your bladder takes over and then the moment think your mind is clear it begins to go to work. Taking you miles away from your current location. Questions; like "what you have on your to do list?" rize up and begin to attack you. So what usually happens the first 1-2 hours of your day? You have a warm bathroom to go to. You take a some 95 degree hot shower and you blow dry your hair with a 1-2 KW blow dryer. Wow! how much energy did you used the first hour of your day? Ever add that up? See where I'm going with this. You need to stop and smell the roses folks
